They had been working at various Home Shows and they were going out of town for the weekend. Day 40 - Still no estimate, so I e-mailed and left a voice mail message. I asked them to contact me to let me know if they had decided not to give me an estimate on my job or if they were still working on the estimate.
Since he had not been with us from day one, we felt his knowledge of the job was a bit lacking and caused some confusion. Probably would have been fine had he started with us from the beginning. Most of the workers were VHC's own employees and they were all very competent and talented.

He came out and had the electrician come out too. The electrical problem was a bad GFI outlet and has been replaced.
They seemed to have a lackadaisical approach in getting inspections done and so forth. Some of the workers were not properly supervised. There seemed to be a communication problem between the workers and my wife. Also, the workers would show up without being properly instructed. We had to call the management to try and instruct them on how to do the work. They installed granite counter tops, a new kitchen sink and faucet.
